Return Policy

All sales are final.
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us at info@thebusinesscenter.store 
within 5 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue so our team can assist you. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order flagged as potentially fraudulent by Shopify’s payment system.

Shipping

All orders ship from California, USA.
Please allow up to 20 business days for processing and an additional 1–2 business days for your order to ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.

International Shipping & Customs

We ship worldwide. Shipping rates vary by destination and weight.
Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes imposed by their country. If an international order is returned due to non-claim, we can arrange a reshipment or issue store credit.

Tracking

Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Once an order has left our facility, please contact the courier directly for delivery updates or issues. Orders marked as “Delivered” by the courier are considered complete.

Returned Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we’ll reach out to arrange reshipment. If there is no response within 30 days, the order will be considered void.
